1982 Nov Ariake Ceramics Construction Co., Ltd. is founded with 1 million yen in capital.
1983 Apr Increases its capital to 4 million yen.
1985 Jul Increases its capital to 8 million yen.
1987 Feb Launches the development of Nicaceraco.
1988 Jan Increases its capital to 16 million yen.
Tsukui Plant is established in Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa , Japan.
Dec Launches the research and development of a prototype molten aluminum supply system.
Launched the development of Ceraco Heater (immersed panel heater).
1991 Apr Increases its capital to 32 million yen.
Jun Opens Kyusyu branch office in Arao-shi, Kumamoto, Japan.
1993 May Increases its capital to 64 million yen.
1995 Aug Ariake is entitled to receive "Subsidy for New Technology Development" from Kanto Bureau of MITI.
Oct Ariake is approved as the company under the Act on "the Promotion of Creative Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" by Kanagawa Prefectural Government.
1996 Nov Launches a joint project with Toyota Motor Corp. to develop a molten aluminum supply apparatus : AIMEL™.
1998 Feb Increases its capital to 96 million yen.
2004 Jan Opens Mikawa Works in Anjyo-shi, Aichi , Japan.
2006 Aug Completes the development of new ceramics , "Nicaceraco", with the grant received from The New Technology Development Foundation.
2007 Apr Opens Niigata Works in Niigata-shi, Niigata, Japan.
2008 Feb "NICACERACO®" is registered as a trademark.
2009 Nov Ariake is entrusted with the development work under the project to support the advancement of strategic core technologies by METI.
